Down 1 point at the half and Oakland has shot the ball extremely well. Bucks played a lot better the last 10 minutes of the half it seemed and the inside game was getting to the rim more. They have to recognize when it's time to go to the hoop sooner instead of firing away and digging a hole.
Clearly one of the question marks of this team is shooting. A poor first-half performance of 3-15 from 3, many of them good looks, just need better shooting. Also, who's going to be the guy to make it happen when the going gets tough?
That last possession was rough. Thornton hero ball letting it get away with no shot before half, right after a timeout. Oakland does look the part of a good mid-major team. They do not look out of place against the Buckeyes. This team will do well in the Horizon league.
