I don't see him taking his foot off the gas, but I do see the starters sitting by half time. This is probably going to get into baby seal clubbing territory.

Yeah, the starters will be out by halftime, but I think he'll let the backups play and won't hold back and button things up a'la JT. And that might be worse for Fredo if there are a bunch of 3rd stringers in there with something to prove, and Day is giving them that chance.

I have a genius idea to make a lot of cash off Fredo alums and students. I'm going to sell special Miami of Ohio polo shirts. They'll look normal at first, red or white with the school logo on the chest, but when one pops the collar (as that crowd is highly prone to do) it will expose the words PUBLIC IVY on the back of the shirt. Those morons will line up to buy these things.

Do they still wear polo over a polo? Met a few of those guys years ago.

They don't. Remember that the line isn't meant to pick the score but to even out the betting. I think they fucked up and when some serious money starts getting dropped on THE to cover they'll start giving #91 Fredo a few more points.

Looking at what both teams have done to date, I think we could be up 3-4 scores at the half without attempting a pass.

I'd like to see a nice helping of Dobbins in Q1, Teague in Q2 and let Fields get some reps in the intermediate passing game. Then the starters can watch the 2s and 3s get some reps after the half.

Hell, Fredo looks so bad that with a couple kickoff/punt run backs, a pick six, and another blocked punt; we could be up 3-4 scores without even runing an offensive play.

Conditioning will never be an issue as long as Mick is around.

I personally hope the 2nd team is already subbed by the 2nd quarter. Back ups need the reps and especially the 2nd team offense.
