I think it was coaching fatigue, meaning that often coaches lose their effectiveness at about the 10 year mark. They don't just fall ofaa a cliff but things start to ...slip.

Pretty sure we saw it with Tress and I think we saw it the last 2 or 3 years of Urban. Maybe his intensity shortened his time.

One of the reasons I think it's such a good idea to go with a "players coach" type like Day.
