jt's doing a lot of thinking on the field... not sure whats up with that just yet. trying to be too perfect for the new guys maybe and not just trusting his players and putting the ball out there for them to do something with it. everything with this game has gone exactly as i expected. penalties because of the coaches timing/decisions (the 12 men on the field), lots of silly stuff by the players and lots of flashes of absolute brilliance by the entire team. but i have to admit the two areas i expected us to be rock solid have been interesting...
the dline i expected to be a monster and jt to be jt. too much trying too hard perhaps and not enough "just play ball"?

You can tell how well they have been taught to go up inside with their hands to knock the passes away...

Well, good stop, but six minutes of this quarter have not shined glory on the Buckeyes. Offense will need to come out a bit more focused this set of downs.

Impressed with the secondary. Been right on the receivers hip nearly every play. Slants can kill a defense, and they've only completed a couple out of about 6-8 designed slant plays so far. They are young, but they look game in coverage.
