Ohio State vs. #12 North Carolina (in Atlanta), Saturday Dec. 20, 3pm EST, CBS

Team is competing in spite of a coach who's in way over his head. Completely awful coaching not calling a timeout and letting them turn the ball over when they were fumbling to get up the court. Then no real inbounds play to even try to get a good last shot.
And having Bruce take the ball out at the end guaranteed he didn't get that last shot. Dislike

I want the NCAA tournament so badly, not as a selfish fan, but for Bruce. The young man plays his guts out every game, and has done it four years without ever thinking of transferring. Diebler needs to do better in the last minute. No way we should’ve turned the ball over with 33 seconds on the clock and the inbound.
what's Diebler gonna do? He can't make the open passes for them and there were open passes....

This is the problem. We are becoming complacent with "at least they didn't lose badly" moral victories in games likes this. Speaks loudly to the completely stale state of the program
So you'd rather just lose by 40 if they can't win. Cool.

This was a winnable game. It didn't go their way. Ignoring how they battled even in a loss is a surefire way to just stay miserable.

100% not on Diebs tonight. He subbed well, they had guys open and in decent positions tonight. Actually played pretty well for the most part. That is possibly a Final 4 team when all said and done in Carolina and Bucks had a winning shot. Just don't have good fortune right now. Have to keep preparing better so the opportunities start falling our way.

I do dislike that OSU settled for a 3 while down 1 with 4 seconds left and the ball in the frontcourt, with the double-bonus in effect. Launching a deep 3 without really trying to get anything inside helped Carolina.

Your best player inbounding the ball and they clearly had no real plan. What do you expect the outcome to be?
