I thought we could lose this one. In fact we were flirting with disaster for quite awhile and I expected it to bite us in the ass eventually. But that was embarrassing. No fire.

Kirk is right. Who are the fire and brimstone locker room leaders without JT? Lots of captains and they're all great kids, but they're not vocal rah-rah guys as far as I can tell that will deliver a Tebow speech.

Beck’s offense was absolute shit for an entire season. This was a game in the middle of probably the greatest passing offense we’ve ever had. Unless you’re saying Urban hiring incompetence is THE issue, there is a likelihood that there are different issues for different years.

This. Shit game in the middle of the best offense that I've seen since 2006 is way different than an entire season of the offense greasing its head so it could better shove it up its own ass.

That's another thing... give me 4 captains a year. Should be for the best of the best leaders.

Also drop all the slogans and sayings.

I don't think there is anyone. Like you said, lots of great guys who want to win, but don't need to win. They need to get to the NFL and move on, and this is just part of the process. Lots of shrugs, not much fire, and that's about it.
