Ohio State Pro Day 2006

Those are the times they reported on Channel 4 here in Columbus.
Mentioned Holmes 4.28.

Would like to know what Youboty's time was. Not shocking to hear Holmes ran in the high 4.2's. Whitner, seems really impressive. I always thought he did not get enough attention. He's a great ball player. You guys will definitely miss him.

From the link that TheStoicPaisano posted above.

Ohio State
There were five head coaches present -- Pittsburgh's Bill Cowher, Chicago's Lovie Smith, Detroit's Rod Marinelli, Cleveland's Romeo Crennel and the Giants' Tom Coughlin -- and about 100 team scouts and representatives. The players ran outdoors on a strip of extremely fast AstroTurf that has been down there for some years.
No kidding. That turf is extremely fast. I know after playing a couple 7 on 7 games at the Camp last year on that turf.

Its really dried up(Looks upwards of 15-20 years old) and just little above(softer) to what concrete feels like.
