Guys, a coach can't quit. That would be a very poor look. Frost has his team still competing while getting boat-raced. That is admirable.

Seriously, if Harbaugh gets 5 years Frost should absolutely get the same. They were toast by halftime and they still played their asses off. At the very least he can motivate the hell out of a group.
Support him with a good budget, modernize your facilities (idk if they are already) and let him do his thing for a bit. He took over a bad situation in a good conference with very good coaches.
