For anyone interested, Marshall scored in the second half, but with just under 10 minutes left Vermont tied it up.
And then in the 5th minute of OT, Kissel scored a golden goal to give Vermont their first NCAA Title in any sport. It was the first NCAA team title for any team in the America East league.

Everybody is somebody else's weirdo.
Buckeye Grove is for "football players that achieve All-American status", etc. I'm not aware of Ohio State soccer having any similar recognition. However, he's probably a "lock" that after 5 years (or so) he'll end up in the Ohio State Varsity "O" Hall Of Fame.
He was drafted #13 (overall) by by Montréal in the MLS SuperDraft 2025 last month. Hopefully he does get a nice professional soccer contract somewhere though.
