I wonder why we haven't heard Lohrei's decision yet or news of him signing with the Bruins is because he's waiting to see if his coach is coming back?

And now Gene can go back to sleep believing that he doesn't need to spend a penny on men's hockey. Leading AD in the B1G for overall revenue, yet dead last in men's hockey budget. The only B1G school spending less than $4M on the sport.

Dobes and Lohrei just signed pro contracts. Next year is officially a rebuild year. Usually, we don't reload and end up having an off year. Let's see how Rohlik does.

McWard signed his pro contract. I'll never begrudge these guys for doing what's best for their future, but it's shaping up to be a long, rebuilding year next year.
Rohlik's proven that he can do it when, after losing the core of a Frozen Four contending team in 2020, he had one rebuilding year in 2021 and then had us in the hunt for an NCAA bid the next year. Building a more consistent pipeline of talent would be nice, but I just don't know how we do that with the albatross of The Schott hanging around the program's neck.
