Absolute must win tonight. We lose tonight, and I'll predict that we finish the last two weekends with zero points, limp into the B1G as a four seed fighting for our lives to get a 4 seed in the ncaa.

And yes, scheduling this game in Cleveland is a disaster. WTF, does it hope to accomplish other than losing a vital home game. Ohio State hockey is never going to become a thing in Cleveland, and even if it did, it's not like NE Ohio is some great recruiting area. Nothing to be gained from this, but a metric fuckton to be lost.

Michigan came out as the chippy, cheap shot bitches that they've always been, but our boys came out with the foil on. They're sorting out the beef and penalties right now, but it looks like Luke Hughes--the chief punk on that team of punks and upon whose head I have personally put a bounty--has been escorted to the tunnel by the refs.

Ohio State on the 5-on-4. Luke Hughes apparently not part of the beef, and possibly just left because he's scared of the bounty that I have personally put on his head.

We really need the three points on Saturday. We're 3 back of tsun now. We finish the season at Minny, and I'm not counting on anything up there, so I think catching tsun for 2nd is out of the question. It's more about staying ahead of the pedsters who are only 3 back, have one more game to play than us and finish the season with last place Wisconsin at home. The 2 seed is huge (Wiscy in the first round, guaranteed second round at home), but at least the 3 guarantees that we avoid Minny until the final.

I was there, great game. Bucks outshot dUMb by over 2x. They are punks. Had the unpleasant opportunity to sit in the midst of a bunch of dUMb fans. One little shit kept pounding on the seat in front of him (between two seated Buckeye fans) every time dUMb did something good. When OSU tied it I got up and pounded the same seat right in front of him. He smiled like I was good-naturely fucking with him. The look on my face erased that thought. He didn't do it again.

I have an unhealthy hatred of those blue pricks. An old lady was wearing a M*ch*gan shirt was going up the stairs by my seat (I had a seat on the end) and I wondered if I could get away with tripping her.

It's not healthy

Oh, and another dipshit kept yelling "go blue" (lowercase on purpose) throughout the game. At the end as we were leaving,, he was in front of me on the stairs and I said "Go.blue, just go". He didn't turn around.

I want to make the point that I'm no badass, nor do I wish to pretend to be one. But my hatred of them runs deep. Like years-of-therapy deep.

Holding tsun to 1 point last night clinched the 1 seed for Minny, so I was wondering if they might come out unfocused tonight. They didn't. They're sending the pedsters to the showers up 4-0 five minutes into the second. Let's hope they stay focused tomorrow night and then choose next weekend to rest up some players for the post season.

Also, if we win tomorrow and the pedsters lose, we clinch the 3 seed. If they sweep the last week and we get swept, we tie for points but win the tiebreaker. We would also have the tiebreaker against tsun, so if we each get the same number of points the last weekend, we would get the nod for the all-important 2 seed. So in other words, tomorrow night's game is huge which makes me even more stabby-ragey that it's in a football stadium two and a half hours away instead of in a rockin' packed Schott. Lotta ins and outs to this...lotta strands in ol' duder's head...fortunately, I'm keeping my mind limber with a strenuous gin & vermouth regimen.

6-0 by the time I finished this post. Damned Big Ten refs out to screw the pedsters.
