I can give my outlook from up here in dairyland.
I really don't see Wisconsin staying in this one without some help from OSU. And that's not just me sandbagging. Their two biggest wins (LSU and MSU) don't look quite as good in retrospect.
The offense, once again, lacks playmakers. Corey Clement was supposed to be the go-to cog in the offense but is "just a guy" right now. The offensive line isn't up to snuff. Hornibrook has a promising future and is probably better as a freshman than Stave ever was (not saying much), but he has a weak arm and can be rattled. If there is anyone to watch out for in the pass game, it's tight end Troy Fumagalli and wide receiver Rob Wheelwright. Chryst will have to call a heck of a game in this one; I'm not really concerned about that.
The defense is pretty damn solid. The injuries to linebackers Orr and Biegel hurt, but Cichy, Edwards, and Watt are all more than capable. The defensive line is serviceable but not great. I suspect that some yards can be had against the secondary, but they haven't given up many big plays to this point.
