I feel like I just was in a 200 meter race, was winning by 10 yards and just said fuck it and started to walk and then lost the race.

I'm just so disappointed in the offensive first half. I think the answers are going to half to be answered in the off season to be honest.

Exactly what I was afraid of. This is a tough environment, against a team coming off a bye, playing a team that reached an emotional high last week. This was predictable. It's tough to get up every game.....we reached deep last week.

PSU has been a shitty squad this year, but it's still PSU. They have players.

If PSU spent last week playing anyone in the country, this game isn't 12-7 at half. It's absurd we are even in this position (the Big 10 should literally be embarrassed by this scheduling gaffe)...that said, good teams find a way to overcome adversity. I just want the "W" at this point. Let's get to next weekend with zero losses in our ledger.

I'm not following this thread page by page, bc I'm texting with my dad and brother. I see some pages, and then fast forward through like 15 at a time. And I usually skip game threads because it's nothing but bitching by overly emotional people who should know better.

To that end, I don't know who all is bitching at this specific moment. But I'm here to tell you, shut the fuck up. I've lived hating this fucking team for the majority of my life. Since I knew what rooting for Ohio State was, I hated these assholes. Since well before they joined the B1G I've hated these assholes. Well well well before it was known that Paterno was covering for a child molester have I hated this fucking program. So when I see people whining about my Buckeyes during a Penn St game, I take it personally.

So.....shut the fuck up. We're killing them everywhere but the scoreboard, and now we're making second half adjustments. Franklin doesn't even know how to spell second half adjustment. We're going to win this game.

I'm tired of reading the incessant bitching about individual plays. As if throwing 5 yards on 3rd and 10 isn't setting them up for something later in the game.

Just stop for this game, please. You can continue with the glass half empty shit next week. I don't give a shit then. But there's one game every year that I have the upper hand in knowing how the game flow is going. It's this one. And guess fucking what.

We're winning this one. Period.

I trust our adjustments at the half, but our passing game is a mess. It's a bit shocking how poor it is....I get that we utilize power spread to manipulate a defense and take advantage of the holes it creates, but we are a mess right now when it comes to executing against the techniques used to stop our run game.

Whether that is our receivers doing a poor job running routes, play design, QB delivery....it's just bad and difficult to watch. Whenever your best pass play option is hoping the pocket breaks down and your QB can make a "backyard" play, it's trouble.
