I've never seen a team shoot 68% in the first half and not be comfortably ahead in CBB. I'm not going to write our NCAA chances off yet but the margin of error just got very thin.

We need big wins down the stretch and a good Big ten tourney run to even have a chance. At least semifinals IMO, and that's if we do good against the teams in the Big Ten that are obviously better than us.

Has Matta been asked why he sticks solely to the zone? I mean, even Syracuse will play man-to-man on occasion.

Well, that is a very bad loss. Disappointing how this team just hasn't been able to really put it together this season. I hope Koufos doesn't jump to the NBA, because he still needs a lot of work. Still barely on the bubble, but we don't have much of a resume, that's for damn sure. NIT seems more likely.

Clark Kellogg nailed it with the comment on letting them score without forcing them to make a play. What was Butler thinking? He wasn't and that is the problem. This team has no mental game. At this point, I'm starting to hope for the NIT, where they can hopefully have some success.

Nice game by Turner and Koufos today.......Hunter almost had more fouls than points.......no consistency.....so frustrating to watch......we don't play smart basketball at times......and I am no fan of the zone.....it is what it is.....better days ahead.

Sadly, I'm not sure if tOSU can win again this year.

I'll be rooting for them, but there are some really tough games ahead.
