Yes, but its slowly becoming flag football. Roger Goodell has set some great standards!

They don't call it like that at all in the NFL. You pretty much can't hit a guy who is near the sideline and might cut back inside anymore in college, because if he takes one step the other way when you hit him it's a flag and fifteen yards.
