I find it funny that Williams has all of 4 career TD catches, pretty crappy by any "#1" WR standards, let alone a former #1 overall prospect.

I remember seeing a sign at one of the Gameday's that read "Our #7 is better than yours". I just laughed at the guy.

lol that's funny. i honestly can't think of any WR that would abuse Malcolm Jenkins....let alone someone from Penn State, who has Morelli as their QB lol

If he's like most PSU fans he thinks they have as much talent as anyone but the coaching is holding them back. NFL scouts would disagree but thats another topic.

PSU fans aren't that far removed from their ND cousins on the delusional fan base family tree.

That PSU is going to roll 24-10 vs. OSU. I swear, some of them are almost as bad as ND fans.

"Beanie Wells isn't going to get 70 yards on us, and King will pick Boeckman off twice"

Never mind the fact that King has hands of fucking brick, and Wells is IMO the 2nd best back in the Big 10 and the best pro prospect at the position. (Come on, I do need to show some UM homerism at times :wink: )

must be all the contamination still in the water table from mining and steel. at least on the other side of the state there was pitt to split people's rivalries before state penn decided they'd like to play in a competitive conference.

i'd say the level of delusion isn't as bad here in southeastern pa, but at least folks around here seem to fixate more on the eagles and phillies. from what i remember during my "time" there, central pa is the worse. nothing much else to root for sportswise. folks there went all the way down to baltimore to root for the orioles and colts (way back when...)

that was one of the oddest things about going away to school in c-bus where i just wasn't used to the whole region (at the time) not being insane/obsessed for the buckeyes... every crackhead and homeless person on high street wearing tSUN apparel :wink
