I applaud JT for getting the backups more meaningful reps instead of using the starters to make it look better in the second half. My only concern is that maybe the wrong backup QB is getting the reps but obviously I defer to the coaches.
Robbie is clearly a run threat, first. We're just getting him ready for Michigan. :tongue2:

Just goes to show how bad my memory is. Thanks. I remember good 'ol Trent whiffing on Pittman.

I thought you were joking. Heh. Trent whiffed on a lot of people last year, but his miss on that play might have been the best.

Hey there! I graduated from OSU in 1999 and have lived in Seattle now for a year and a half. I would LOVE to find other OSU fans here to tailgate with or go watch the game with somewhere near UW (the place where the Alumni club watches the game isn't as close as I'd like to be to enjoy the game day atmosphere). I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but it anyone is on here that lives in Seattle shoot me a note, I'd love to hear from you!

Bucks all agree: Washington's a test

COLUMBUS ? It took five, maybe 10 seconds of listening to Ohio State?s players after they beat Akron on Saturday to determine what one of the major themes in coach Jim Tressel?s postgame talk to them must have been.
Washington is a good football team. It will be a challenge to make the long road trip to Seattle for this Saturday?s game and Ohio State has to improve its level of play from its first two games against Youngstown State and Akron.
If Tressel didn?t make those points to the Buckeyes, it would be a major surprise.
Linebacker James Laurinaitis was the first to mention Washington, about 10 seconds into his first answer in the postgame press conference, after OSU beat Akron 20-2 last Saturday.

Quarterback Jake Locker rushed for a touchdown and threw for one against Boise State.

SEATTLE -- They just ended Boise State's 14-game winning streak. They have allowed just two touchdowns in eight quarters this season. They are waking up a fan base that is starting to return from apathy after finishes of 10th, ninth and ninth in the Pacific-10 Conference.
