Ohio Stadium aka THE Horseshoe (Official Thread)

Is there an example of a college or NFL stadium with FieldTurf that doesn't have a colored endzone (i.e. grass colored with text)?

I can't think of one. I've seen numerous high school stadiums without colored endzones though.

Jeff Svoboda from Scout.com reporting that the field design will remain the same. He spoke with someone from the athletics department & they confirmed that.

I think the athletic department is kind of standing behind that center-stripe design on the football helmet. The scarlet center, white stripe and a black outline.

The Block O at midfield kind of replicates that design pattern (scarlet center, white outline and black outline). Maybe they wanted the end zones to match the Block O.
