This season marks the 90th anniversary of Ohio Stadium, one of the Mecca's of college football.
The massive gray structure with the Roman architecture and stained glass windows is as majestic as it is relevant. Set alongside the Olentangy River, it makes for a picturesque setting among the colorful trees on autumn Saturdays.
The facility opened on Oct. 7, 1922 and was renovated from 1999 to 2001. Naturally, with seven national championship seasons (1942, 1954, 1957, 1961, 1968, 1970 and 2002), Ohio Stadium has been the site for some magnificent games. Here is one pick for its top 10 contests at age 90.

Quarterback Vince Young led the No. 2 Longhorns the length of the field on the game-winning drive, capping it with a 24-yard touchdown pass to Limas Sweed with 2:37 remaining. The Buckeyes had their chances, but could not take advantage of three Texas turnovers and settled for five field goals. The Longhorns dominated in total yardage (382-255) and first downs (19-13), and went on to win the national title.
9. Sept. 30, 1995 - Ohio State 45, Notre Dame 26:
