As I said in another thread, having gone there for a year a decade ago, it's amazing how the attitude has changed. Back when the football program could barely win 2 or 3 games, no one cared about Ohio State. Give them a few bowl games and a moral victory in Columbus and holy shit.

It's like in Gladiator, "People should know when they're conquered."

Somebody actually tried to present some FACTS! and EVIDENTS, but he's getting pretty roundly shouted down.

In that thread is
1) People who can't understand why somebody from Ohio would more likely than not root for Ohio State (also known as showing state pride)
2) People listing their "this is who I root for list"...which includes "any team from Ohio that isn't Ohio State" and "any team that has an Ohio kid playing for them that isn't Ohio State". (also known as.......)
