Welcome to the fam James! Reminds me of his LB coach, just a Tasmanian devil, wrecking havoc on an offense. Crazy strength, vision and just a freak who needed a chance.
This seems to be the offer he really wanted.

Committing to Ohio State Was “Really Emotional” For James Conrad: “This Is The Peak”

St. Ignatius linebacker James Conrad has always spent his weekends in the fall either watching or playing football, the sport he has always loved.
But growing up in Northeast Ohio, he was unlike many other kids: Conrad was a Michigan fan because of his father. That all changed in middle school, when he decided to become an Ohio State fan because of former OSU linebacker Tommy Eichenberg, who also played for St. Ignatius.
That's why the last month or so for Conrad has been so incredible.
He had been committed to Buffalo since June 14. The Bulls were his second offer, which he received on May 7. But with an impressive senior season, Conrad began hearing from many Power Four schools, including Ohio State, Michigan and Michigan State, among others.
Then, everything changed for him the weekend of Oct. 10.
In Columbus on a visit for Ohio State's win over Maryland, Conrad received an offer from the Buckeyes, the first Power Four program to offer the three-star linebacker (No. 106 linebacker in the 2027 class). It was a life-changing moment for him, one that he and his family will never forget.
