The only thing you see in that article is they are in Hawaii, you do not however see if it is on Hawaii's dime!

It says "Warriors Hosting DBs". I think that would indicate it is an official. To be fair, every school should have the same # of scholarships as Mili said. I read it to be 50 somewhere. Yes, I am making an official in September it is just the university doesn't know it yet. You think they have room for an overweight 46 year old with a 42 vertical? That is a 42 centimeter vert.
