Official NCAA 2007 Info Thread (Merged)

Because it's an early build of the game. They wait awhile on the jerseys. For some reason, the Nike swooshes aren't added until the final version either.

But they don't get the jersey's right on their first year. I'm not expecting it.

Depends on how much lead time they have. And by "right" I mean as right as EA gets any jersey totally correct, which is to say none. It took them 5 years to give the Canes the right numeral font.

On the plus side, Madden seems to have the correct font for nameplates, and "Roethlisberger" is finally shown with no letters cut out.

I know the picture above shows us at #12, but does anyone know if that's right? I imagine we'll be preseason #1-4 in that game. A lot of times they use old players/rankings/stats before they put the finishing touches on the game. i.e. Freeman as #17.

Rankings are from preseason 2005.

The roster is weird, as Freeman was wearing 1 by the 2005 Spring Game. I don't recall if EA had that in 2006, but should have changed by now. On the flipside, Amos is now at CB with his correct number when he was at WR last year , and there's a #29, which means either Coleman or Lane is in. Neither made it last year.

EDIT: Freeman is the third impact player.
