i just bought this, came home and popped it in. sat through the bullshit of these 2 mooks blabbing and it freezes at the cab place. awesome. i restart and it freezes while trying to start up.

THIS GAME IS SO AWESOME SO FAR!!!! :p

and now it doesn't load. cool.

it's all good....after 30 minutes and restarting 3 or 4 times, i finally got past the first part where it froze. now it freezes after i start walking around in the cab place.



edit: OK....enough of my whining. apparently this is a pretty big problem with the PS3s. Anybody who has a PS3 and already has the game, are you having any problems? If you have a PS3 and haven't gotten it yet....I would wait a little while. I read on the IGN boards that it has fucked up some peoples PS3s.

Buckeye89fan, sorry I didn't respond to your game invite. Had a nice game going with a few of my friends and forgot. :tongue2:

All of us 360 users definitely need to get a game going though.. LORDS MERCY is my tag for those who don't have it yet.

Hopefully you get that problem fixed BuckeyeNation..

apparently if you disconnect your PS3 from the internet you can play without freezing problems. I haven't tried it yet, but if anybody is having the freezing problem, try that. I have to go figure out how to disconnect a wireless internet. :2004:

Or just get a better internet connection. It has only frozen up on me once and luckily I haven't turned off the auto-save so I haven't lost anything. Just the annoyance of turning off and on my PS3.

Once again... I believe it is just user error on your part :biggrin:

And any Internet questions I believe you must ask Al Gore.
