At 2:30 of this video:

I was there for this one. My younger brother left after the first play of this video, as did most of the crowd. Afterwards, Coop gave credit to the crowd, "...especially the 20,000 who stayed." As one of those who stayed, I can tell you the TV coverage did an amazing job of making it look like there were more people there than there were. The people in A & B moved down to the lower rows, which made it look full. Everyone in the end zone portion of C deck moved toward the center of the field, and the Northwest corner was the student section, so it was the fullest part of the stadium. That's all they showed, and for good reason.

I was one of a handful of people who stayed at the North end of C deck. I figured if anything good was going to happen, it would be right in front of me. I had an OK vantage point for what happens at 4:47 of the video, and a great vantage point for what happens at 5:52; and that's why this video is in the countdown.

I'm sure we'll see more of the guy who took his turn early, but let's start the day with this guy:

For those who don't remember, (or don't remember the last time BB73 brought it up), Flam was the Big Ten MVP during one of Archie's Heisman Years. He did more than just hand the ball to number 45.

And of course, there is now only:

week to go.

Hopefully Jax has a better picture of that number 1.

Here's another that more of you will remember:

Lanese_Mike_The_Game_1984.jpg

For those who don't remember, that was called The Catch for 21 years before AG's gem in AA in 2005. And Lanese's catch was far more spectacular IMHO. That picture doesn't do it justice.

That's gotta be TMI for most everybody.

But if that hot Jax chick wants to know ...
