Free coffee (that will gag you if you're accustomed to fresh ground/brewed, as I am with Caribou), tea, hot chocolate, etc.
Filtered water, lousy vending machines, an office picnic in the parking lot once a year.
But my boss is great to work for. I can run errands when I need to, show up any time and leave any time...but with a direct report I can't exploit that too much. Well, let's just say it rolls downhill and my d.r. loves the flexibility, too. I am surrounded by wonderful people, too. Most of whom love college football even if not the Buckeyes.
I miss my days in Big 4 accounting...complete spread of fountain drinks, gourmet coffee, etc. And our particular office had this babe (albeit a lesbian babe) who loved to cook and bring goodies to the office. Yum!
I'm here for the base + bonus.
