Walsh University head football coach Jim Dennison has announced the hiring of Devin Jordan as an assistant football coach for the Cavaliers. He will coach the wide receivers.
Jordan is a former standout receiver Massillon, whose collegiate career at Ohio State was derailed by an injury.

?Coach Jordan comes to us with great credentials on the highest level of college football,? Dennison said. ?We are extremely excited to welcome him back to Stark County and into our move to the NCAA and Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. His presence and background will add excitement to Walsh University Football.?
As a player, Jordan earned first-team All-Ohio honors his junior and senior season for the Tigers. He teamed with quarterback Justin Zwick to form one of the most dangerous aerial combinations in the state in 2001, hauling in 101 passes for 1,504 yards and 18 touchdowns.
