Undoubtedly the top WR recruiter in the country right now. Along with his being arguably the best WR coach in college football despite his only being a coach for a couple years, the powers-that-be had best be ready to open the university checkbook when contract renewal time comes. He needs to be the third highest paid coach on the staff behind Day and Johnson.
