Despite paying a massive OSHA fine on the federal level, nobody was ever held accountable for the death of that kid. ND priests put in the fix with the local DA, and no charges were ever brought against Swarbrick and Kelley.

Yes….the kid was named Declan. his parents must have been paid off handsomely to not take ND to task…..or were they that much in the tank for ND?

I'm not a lawyer, but for something as serious as involuntary manslaughter, would the kid's parents have any say at all on whether charges would be brought?
