WTH is an Illini? Dead goose?
We play in state teams to keep the money here. One reason being that a lot of power teams won't play us home and away or just don't want to come here to play. Your assumptions about tOSU and it's fans is out of whack. On the other hand your fans grew discontent when touchdown Jesus fail to save your team? I likin Weiss to Tressel, they resurected (sp?) what it meant to play for the respective schools which everyone would agree was lost with Willy and Coop etc.
You either hate ND or like them, there's no in between. They've been around since dirt, played football since dirt and have won since dirt and probably moreso than other program throughout their history. tOSU is probably a notch below them and guess what, the rest of the country is not exactly enamoured with us either.
