I still want to know how he claimed they had no idea Manti was doing the CBS interview. If he can lie that point blank about it, the whole thing can be called into question. Your star player doesn't just go doing major network interviews without any knowledge of the athletic department.

When ESPN asked where to send flowers on behalf of the company and their condolences, Manti declined to give an address and said that they didnt want anything from the company....


So you are telling me this hoax got so deep that the supposed "girlfriend" hired an older gentleman and an older lady to play her parents? WTF?

I still love that she came to Hawaii with him multiple times (at least that's how I read it) and yet he only knew her on the internet. If he met her at Stanford and contacted her on the twitter, instagram, other internet outlets, then wouldn't she, you know, have pictures of herself on there and look like the one he met at Stanford?

I love this thread.

Just watched it, and I think this is it. They never actually interviewed Teo for it. Only interview was from Nov 13.
