Whats in the bag...

I use TaylorMade RAC TP (Tour Preferred) Irons 3-PW. I have Cleveland 51* and 56* wedges and a Titliest Vokey 60*. I use a TaylorMade R7 TP Driver. The last club I bought was a Cobra Baffler Hybrid. Its the 2-Iron. My putter varies depending on how I am feeling. I have an old Scotty Cameron Newport and also the Scotty Cameron Futura. A buddy of mine gave me an old Odyssey to use last summer and I actually really like the way it feels.

Go to a PGA superstore (or Golf Galaxy) and get fitted. Nike's might be good for you but they might recommend Adams or Taylor Made.

If he's going to get fitted for clubs...might as well go to Ralph Maltby's GolfWorks here in Newark. It's right of S.R. 13 (off of I-70) and is one of, if not the best place for that sort of thing in the U.S., from what I've been told.

So people like Nike clubs or they hate them?

I have a buddy that swears by them....But he's the type of guy that no matter what Nike makes it's the best. He hits the SSL 4Ds. You can get tehm from GolfGalaxy right now for 499.99

They have a few better deals than that though x-18's for 399.99 r7's for 399.99 and idea a3 boxer's for 399.99

Not sure about their irons, but I have heard good things about the Sumo 5900 driver.

Speaking of drivers, I have never hit a better club then this bad boy:
