I think thats Matt Miller from Bleacher Report. I think I've read that he tries to slot his picks based on need more than where they might actually go (ie Braxton to NE, the guy has remarked many times how much he would love to see him with Belichick).. but again I could be wrong.

Fuck Pittsburgh, regardless of who is on their roster. That said, if Apple and Washington both went their, that would give the Steelers six total Buckeyes, all on defense:

Doran Grant
Cameron Hayward
Ryan Shazier
Eli Apple
Adolphus Washington

I just could not root against the Steelers with that many Buckeyes...Just couldn't do it. I lost most of my interest in Pro sports awhile ago so I just cheer for Buckeyes that are playing on Sundays now.
