Remember a few years ago when Richard Hornibrook was the QB for Wisconsin and he couldn't put any zip on the ball at all?

Tua has the same arm or, should I say, lack of an arm. All of the interceptions were Tua throwing up balloon balls with no speed or accuracy whatsoever.
