Jimmy G is that Qb that's ok for a while but he always inevitably reverts to a pumpkin.

He is a game manager. Basically the NFL version of Stetson Bennett. He could win some games for a team, but is not the guy who I'd want in a crucial 2 minute drill during a playoff game.
