Nebraska Cornhuskers (corn)

That's why I say they need to have a guy who will recruit a huge corn fed O-Line and a Running Back. I'm no fan of Bert, for sure, but I maintain he'd do well there. I know Frost is an alum and appears to be a hell of a coach, but I'm not sure his style of play translates to the available talent.

Edit: That said, Frost should have some connections both on the west coast and Florida, so...

Slaps you with a brick. Once again you are avocating Bert who hasn't done shit without Alvarez. Next tI'm you think that please take this brick and hit yourself in the face with it. Repeat as needed till you stop thinking it.

Just sayin, the formula for success is pretty much the same at Nebraska as it is at Wisconsin.
It is, but recruiting in Nebraska is even tougher than in Wisconsin. Not a perfect measure by any means, but here is how many recruits from each state are listed on 247's composite rankings over the last five years:

2012
Nebraska: 8
Wisconsin: 18

2013
Nebraska: 29
Wisconsin: 32

2014
Nebraska: 13
Wisconsin: 39

2015
Nebraska: 13
Wisconsin: 28

2016
Nebraska: 11
Wisconsin: 29

2017
Nebraska: 16
Wisconsin: 32

I don't know what the answer is at NU, but it starts with a very robust walk-on system (which I understand they already have).

Starts with a good recruiting coach. Hell, Riley couldn't even run out of the tunnel with the team, and Bo was bi-polar (or bo-polar).
