We're 7-4 in night games at the 'Shoe. I wouldn't say we play much better.

We played very well against eventual national champion Texas in 2005 (actually should've won), and played tough against USC in 2009. The atmosphere for those games were electric. The only night loss where we shit the bed was PSU 2008.

If the atmosphere tomorrow night is like Texas 2005 or USC 2009, Corny had better bring their A+ game, especially if the Buckeyes have gelled as UFM has claimed, or it'll be a long night for the visiting team.

Let's put it this way: If we're up 27-6 in the third, no way Corny sniffs 20 point, let alone a comeback. It'll more likely end up something like 41-13.

Was the Illinois a few years back a night game? I just remember it was cold, dark, maybe rainy...I just remembered it sucked!

No. It was a 3:30 kickoff in mid-November, so the game ended in the early evening when it was already dark.

Don't discount the atmosphere of that PSU game in 2008... Still the loudest game I've been apart of. (until the 4th quarter )

I'm much more confident in Guiton to lead us to a victory should an injury arise.

Last year, I knew it was over once Miller got injured.

more like near the end of the 4th..

I agree though, I was at that game as well, that place was going nuts when they missed the FG and while we were driving to what we thought would be the dagger (stupid QB sneak)

I'd rather not remember the little details of the game itself...

First one to 40 wins? Honestly though Nebraska's run game as absolutely explosive and after watching us so far I'd say any team with a lot of outside speed is gonna be able to move the ball well. Just look at look at the Cal game when that Bigelow kid broke it everytime he touched the ball. What concerns me is the Huskers can pound it all day with Burkhead, and then get to the outside with Martinez and Abdullah. As long as we start tackling better we can hold them below 30 and that'll give OSU a W I think. Like the UCLA game proved this team cannot stop a multi-dimentional attack.

Sitting in 26A Row 6 and am pumped!

Bigelow touched the ball only four times, with two of those breaking long TDs solely because of absolute-shit tackling. Cal "earned" 14 offensive points. As for "First one to 40 wins", the last team to score 40+ on us in The Shoe was Illinois in 1999, and our defense wasn't exactly stellar that year.
