Nebraska +23.5 at tOSU (ov/un 125.5) Tues 6:30 ET, BTN

Thompson did not even take a shot, of course he did not play much for some reason? Thad?
Sibert & Scott were what about 0-10.
2-17 from 3 range, with 19 turnovers and we still won by 31. Wow are the Huskers that bad...

I was worried about the lack of a three point threat costing tOSU come NCAA tourney time, however, now the lack of a three point threat AND the lazy turnovers are making me worry that this will cost tOSU the B1G championship.

I think he meant that they use losses as teaching moments. He wasn't saying he likes to lose; he was saying he appreciates the "opportunities" a loss provides in getting through to the team.
I didn't think coach Matta was indicating he actually likes to lose. And you could be right on his deeper meaning, but I suspect he simply misspoke, and meant to say something along the lines of, "nobody hates to lose more than we do".
