NCAA09 PS3 BP Online Dynasty

If we are continuing onto 2010 with this team at what stage are we stopping and using the players? Basically I am asking if this will be the last year of recruiting. Are we going to advance through to the preseason and then use those ratings for players?

Also anyone know how to delete a player out of teambuilder?

I was wondering the same thing, will we take the ratings as they are at the end of this off-season?

Piney said that this will be the last offseason of recruiting. You'll use whatever team that you have at the end of the upcoming offseason. Also, whatever ratings can transfer, will transfer.


You can't delete or create any player , or change their position from teambuilder. You can only change the existing players' attributes.

Basebuck and I are done. 31-28 Mormons but it almost went to OT. 17 seconds to go on his 3yd line I went no-huddle to run it up the gut for a TD or just call a TO with 2 seconds left and wouldnt you know my buttons were not taking for some reason!?!?! Luckily basebuck jumped offsides with 1 second left or I was screwed. I was screaming at the TV as if my controller would hear me and get scared. My heart is still racing.

Clean offensive first half turned in to who could throw the worst interception in the second half. I spent all game sending my DB's back because I knew I couldnt run with Jordan. Is he a senior? GG Basebuck.

Yeah, he's gone now. I wish I would have had my RB all year. Anyway, good game. It was obvious both of us hadnt been playing much

This is how the process will work.

Once Iron loses to Ohio State tonight I will advance to the offseason where I will take the dynasty offline for transfers like normal.

Basically we will go along as normal. Go through the post season recruiting, position changes, training & cuts.

When we get to the pre-season next year is when I will announce everyone to save the dynasty offline so they can have a copy of their rosters as this is the snapshot I will use. The ratings of the players at that time will be what is used to upload it into Team Builder (now, the Team Builder issues are a different matter regarding overall ratings and such).

Of note for 'mania, msj & BN (since he will be on a beach somewhere when we go through this process) since the CPU will be doing the position changes and cuts, it might not be pretty. So the plan for them is I will be saving the dynasty in a separate file on my harddrive at position changes. Then when all things are said and done I will make sure they are good. I will make sure the cpu doesn't do any funky position changes but more importantly make sure they don't cut their 6th CB with 99 speed (or 8th WR with 99 speed) while keeping the 80 speed 8th rated HB.

So yeah, you most likely are heading to the Big East or the ACC. The ACC if msj stays in the SEC and the Big East if msj goes to the ACC. Cuz Ohio fits better into the SEC than Army does with Kentucky/Tennessee not far from southern Ohio. And if msj stays in the SEC, Ohio fits nicely with the Big East with Cincinati, West Virginia & Pitt being close to Athens.

So with that here is the conference lineup for 2010.

Pac10 - BYU & TCU (or Fresno St, or whatever)
Big12 - Colorado & Oklahoma St or Texas A&M
SEC - Oklahoma St or Texas A&M & Ohio University (formerly SMU)
ACC - Virginia & East Carolina
Big East - South Florida & Army

The teams I will be kicking out of those conferences...

Pac10 - Washington & Washington St
ACC - Duke
Big East - Syracuse? (the only real choice, right?)
SEC - Miss St & Vandy (Ohio will be in the East Div and TAMU/OSU in the West) also, this would keep the Ark/TAMU rival together if TAMU goes to the SEC.

Good game as well.

Too bad it couldn't have ended on a less lame note. If that guy in the flats would have just turned up field instead of making sure he had his feet in and falling short of the first down. He was like 3 yards short of the sideline. You got robbed.

I did like that INT though, never had a triple tip INT where the CB just kept tipping it to himself while running downfield.

I didn't mind it too much, because I wasn't going the length of the field with so little time left.....but damn that was weak. he didn't even land out of bounds. I was going to throw it to the other guy but I only needed 3 yards so i figured he could get me the 1st down and get out of bounds.

Yeah, I'm definitely out after my game against Ohio State in this dynasty, and I won't be joining the new Piney Dynasty right away either. I just got engaged this weekend, and I'm going to be extremely busy for most of the summer, and into the fall.

I just won't have time run the Big Ten-Pac 10 at the pace that we need to go to get a full season in, and be in this dynasty.

I definitely won't have time to run the Super Conference Dynasty, and spend the time practicing and recruiting for two or more teams.

I'll get my game in tonight, and if fanatic wants to setup a UK vs. BYU showdown, then I'll be able to squeeze that in some time this week. After that it will be all B10P10 or Super Conference for awhile.
