Good game, Basebuck. For some reason I couldn't stop the five-yard curl in the middle of the field to save my life. I even tried to beat your receiver to the spot on your fourth down conversion and still failed.
I kept waiting for you to jump that so I could hit a 20 yard post but you never completely committed.

I couldn't get anything going down the field and with this Oregon team its tough to run the ball. Good game. Your team is amazing

Plus I want to see what happens in the Oregon v UCLA game tonight and see how Oregon matches up with UCLA. I can't wait to hear the details of that game.

Oregon would have won if it wasn't for the turnovers. They had 17 first downs to my 4. My offense scored on big plays (55 yard pass, 60 yard run, 69 yard pass) but I couldn't sustain a drive to save my life. Oregon was putting together good drives but they would either end in a touchdown or a turnover. Two of those turnovers were of the Pic-6 variety, and that ended up being the margin of victory.

Turner the Burner was relegated to decoy status. He got stuffed almost as soon as he touched the ball except for a couple nice runs in mop-up duty. Thigpen was the Player of the Game with the two long TD receptions, but I would have given it to Pollard with the two Pick-Sixes.

I vote for putting Whobe on autopilot for making me sit here looking at my TV for 40 minutes waiting for him.
I'll be home from work sometime between 7 PM EST and 9 PM EST tonight. If you guys haven't gotten a game in by then, I'll set Whobe to autopilot.

My guess is that he passed out before Olaf and Basebuck got done, but his last post was only 16 minutes before I advanced to week 9.

I won 28-21 in a very clean game. No turnovers and IIRC around 300 yds apiece. Bly is quick but Whobe didn't test me deep so all I was concerned about was containment. Having a good defense sure helped. He did knock out Devlin for 4 weeks, that's a pretty big blow for me. My backup is decently accurate but not a real strong arm. Whobe tied it up 21-21 with 3 and some change left but Freeman returned the ensuing kick for the eventual game winning touchdown.

If you could go ahead and rest Devlin for 6 weeks, I would greatly appreciate it.

Yep, that's the score that easportsworld is showing. I'll get my game in tonight.

We'll advance when Piney gets done, but he has until Sunday night/Monday morning to do that.

93-61 WOOD?

I was down 42-21 at one point. No idea what happened. I blame it on me being sick.
