I know I have a soft verbal from the 3rd fastest HB on the board (4.22 I think) but knowing my luck hell decommit at the last minute for Oregon State (whos in second) even though butchel has been MIA for a while

there are actually 2 WRs with 4.18s

4* Sean Wesley 5'11 164 Top 3- Notre Dame Northwestern Iowa

Notre Dame also pulled in the #1 overall recruit a 5* DB with 4.18 speed, fucking cheaters

and the one you lead for

4* Terrell Hall 6'1 174 Top 3- Arizona Oklahoma Texas Tech

Actually the #1 recruit has 4.16 speed as I was 3rd for him hoping he would make it to the in-home visits so I could have promised him the world. I guess I will have to live with the #2 recruit in the nation running a slow 4.22 who might end up at CB if I can grab some WRs I am in on that are just as fast. Cuz afterall, while his stats say WR, he actually is a 90 rated CB :biggrin:

While I am still 'ok' I have to land everyone else on my list to grab a Top 5 class. But still sucks balls I couldn't grab the QB that ran a 4.31 to run my option offense. (Sucks for people in the Big10 that have to play Illinois :biggrin:)

And yes... I am still pissed we aren't in the MAC anymore as I was poised to grab the #1 recruiting class in the nation with the guys interested in Ohio.

Yeah... how did you screw up your recruiting? Cuz seemed like everyone I really liked had UCLA in their Top 3 to start the year.

I have no idea. I spent time on everybody. All their visits were in the A+ to A- range. No one ever committed. Hell, Tennessee came in and stole the fastest RB from me. Ohio State stole another. U$C stole my SS, and that was the week just about every recruit who had me at the top of their list dropped me. Right now, I'm only in the lead for one player.

Ugh. Next season can't come soon enough.

I was in a similar situation in the other league and I think its because I was recruiting too many. How many offers do you have out?
