I would be extremely confident of the final four if we were in any other bracket

I'm not pissing in my jammies over any team in the field. We can play with all of them.

Fuck Kansas. Fuck Georgetown. We'll deal with them when the time comes.

Rambling Wreck got the 10, Okie State the 7.

Whatever.

The point is, GT got in and VT is out despite VT finishing 3 games ahead of GT in the ACC and beating them in Atlanta.

At least John Groce has seen Georgetown before (under Thompson). Heehee
if ohio state does play g'town, groce having seen the hoyas up close will certainly be a benefit to ohio state. there is obviously a chasm between g'town and ou, but there will still be much for groce to relay to his prior boss.

If Ohio State is fortunate enough to make the regional in St. Louis, it's going to be interesting to see which school(s) travel (if Kansas makes it there too). Kansas travels very well for basketball.

I still recall during our two Final Four runs in 1999 and 2007 how many Buckeye fans there were (and a Friday date should help if OSU makes it).

This guy's justification for Duke over Syracuse is EMPTY.

Essentially, it's that Duke finished better by winning their conference tourny, even though he's REPEATEDLY said in the past that the way you finish at the end of the year doesn't matter, and that it is the entire body of work that controls. Simply put, if that were true, Syracuse is ranked ahead of Duke, and probably West Virginia, too.
that and Syracuse played a better team in the first round than Duke did in any round of their tournament.
