I must have had a seriously flawed strategy this season. I started off on fire. Several 3*s early, and I had the best user recruiting class by a lot. Then, I think, I went 6+ weeks without a signing, losing one close battle to Piney, and a lot of other battles where a big CPU team offered in the 11th hour, and took away a top prospect. I'm finally starting to get some more signings, but currently sit at 90th in the recruiting rankings. :smash:

Our recruiting trajectories have been the opposite of each other. I don't think I received a commitment for four or five weeks. I was struggling big time. The only reason I am ranked high is the 5* HB who will probably spend his entire career injured.

Jumped into the top 10 in week 3. Offered the world, and jumped to #1 in week 4. I saw that he had another offer, and just assumed it was Piney, since he's offered every other QB out there. When I saw that I moved to #1, I was pretty fired up, but then I saw that you moved into his top 10, and was less than 300 points behind me. Not happy about that.

I already used my promises and offer to get into the top 10. I got 301 points this week so unless I get a visit next week, he is yours.

Everytime I was on offense, and Piney was on defense, the game would lock up on us. We tried at least a dozen times, but no luck. My problem is I was too lazy to switch up my depth chart, Finally switched a couple players during halftime (mainly putting in my DT that is a stud LT, but didn't have time to get rid of some of my WR/DB)

Then again nothing could solve my horrible passing decisions. Then once down by a couple of TDs I knew I had to abandon the running game and throw. Then once things got out of hand it was time to practice some plays I will be using in the other dynasty.

Hmmmm, which QB? The superfast one? I think I gave up on him in Week 2 to concentrate on the high 3* that I got onto his Top 10 (who I should have gotten this past recruiting week)

I am just happy I got the stud juco HB that should come in in the low 80s with sick speed/acc/agl numbers.

No, he's not super fast. C+ speed and acceleration. But, considering his Playing Time pitch shows up as an A+, and I already have a 4* running QB, that started as a true freshman, I like his potential.

Speaking of our game. I was really surprised by the outcome, especially since we had to use last season's teams. The QB that I used is not fast or good, and was relegated to backing up the true freshman this season. Also, the RB was hurt all year, and I had a much bigger and faster ATH starting this year. Both of those backup players ran very well for the first three quarters. The four picks helped alot, but my QB breaking those two long runs didn't hurt either. After you recovered that fumble, to make it 7-0, I thought it was going to be a long game, but I was able to pull my offense and defense together to take that 28-7 halftime lead. The pick 6 to make it 42-7 is where I was finally able to relax a bit, and switched to chew clock. Still, you're practice offense was pretty effective, and was able to make it a 42-17 final.

Yeah, using last year's rosters through me for a loop as I had to change the WRs ALOT as the better WRs were backups. On the flip side my QB was much better versus this year's squad. I just eff'd it up. And I rarely played defense using this team as I supersim the defensive side of the ball because of hurry up offenses I always run against and my defensive players are just awful and simming them ended up with better results. So alot of the defenses I ran just sucked because the players sucked and I wasn't use to using them.

Now about my practice offense... thank god Ole Miss has the players to run that offense.

For NCAA13, I have decided to discontinue the use of PCU. Port Chester is actually located in New York, and my team is now in California. My new university will be located in San Francisco, California. They will be called the Alcatraz Island Convicts. "The Rock" will be an exact replica of Beaver Stadium in University Park, PA. The primary uniforms will be Penn State replicas, and the new, giant logo at midfield will be that of Pedobear dressed up as Joe Pa.
