I was just lucky I picked a halfway decent team. Or should I say a STUD HB that I have been abusing last season and this season. I lose my WHOLE HB depth chart after this season so without a good HB I will be scary bad next season... I really need this stud HB Juco that I am recruiting right now. 'A' speed with 'A' acceleration and 'A-' agility... gotta love Canadians!!!

Dang, I didn't get him, eh? Totally forgot he visited. Damn you for getting to 1 pt and basically passing me even after a freaking visit? FIXED!!!!

Time to pound that negative recruiting on you this week :biggrin: ( I decided not to negative recruit last week) Unless I get a 2x, then I might not negative recruit you :wink2:

:lol: Northern Illinois' defense was too good to break any big plays. So I just bored them into submission. 57 offensive plays to 14. T.O.P. 28:23 to 4:37. First downs 17-2. Total Offense 275 yards to 12. And PCU comes out on top 19-0.

I finally landed him. 6'5" 318lb 4* Athlete. He'll be an O-lineman. Not sure if I want him at tackle, because of his size, or want him at guard, because of his speed, Acceleration, and crappy agility. 'C' Awareness for a true freshman can't hurt either.

Conference Prestige
Previously Conference Prestige was static and never changed, regardless of how the teams in the conference perform. Now each week, the conference?s prestige will be evaluated based upon the BCS ranking of the top six schools in the conference. You are now partially reliant upon the success of the other teams in the conference, so you may find yourself cheering for your rivals.
If you are fond of creating your own custom conferences using the Custom Conferences feature the conference prestige will now dynamically update after you have made your changes in Custom Conferences.

This makes setting up the conferences so much easier...or harder. I don't know. Anyway, I'm hoping that it will let me setup the dynasty so the conference names will make sense. The B1G will probably be the top conference now, and I'll be able to set up most of the others so they make sense geographically. All without worrying about sticking to EAs definition of the different levels of conference prestige.

I didn't get a 2x, but I hit the trifecta for negative recruiting as there were 3 pitches that I had at least a full grade higher than Iron and I went for it. While I was able to pull out 450+ positive points for me, the bonus was over 150 negative points for Iron!!! Yeah!!! :pimp:

And even after a visit from Iron, where I was #2, he committed to Texas State!!!

All this hoopla over a 3* CB... but I have to concentrate on something since my 4* Top 100 QB that I was only 1 point behind an un-offered CPU team, commited to that CPU team... bastard! A- Throw Power and B+ Throw Accuracy and I was the only offer til this past week... so damn close!

Just get it done Monday night if you can. We've got the in-laws coming over today, and then it's off to spend Mother's Day with my family tomorrow. So, I'm not in a huge hurry anyway.

There is another minor irritant to making our TB teams. There are a few player attributes that do not make it into the downloaded roster files, so those attributes will have to be acquired from the dynasty website, or the game itself. I knew that height and weight weren't included in the roster file. I did not know that Impact Blocking wasn't included, until I took another look this weekend.

I'll look into it further, but those are the only ones that I know about. If any of you are aware of any other missing attributes, please post them.
