Edit: Well, kind of. I was on last night when fanatic logged off. I checked the dynasty, saw he didn't play, and figured he probably didn't realize we were on Week 3. I didn't check the site, so I had no idea he completed four hours of recruiting.

I'm going to be pissy about this one. Of course USF turns into the unstoppable force and my 1st string QB goes down and I lose by 5.

My wife delivered our child last Wednesday and just found out we are going to be able to bring her home tomorrow; that's where I was posting earlier. She was born 3 weeks early so they kept her there for monitoring her lungs.IronBuckI;2142319; said:

Man, I barely got going in this game. Syracuse's defense gave me all kinds of trouble. Lucky for me that their QB was just this side of awful. I got a win against my rival, but unfortunately for me, no recruits were visiting. I only have one visit scheduled, and that's not until Week 10.

Here's what I'm thinking, as of now, and I want to get some feedback from you guys.
It looks like there are going to be a lot of "improvements" in the new game. What that means to me is that there is going to be at least one month of patches and tweaks after they release their unfinished game on July 10th. At our current or even a slightly slower pace we can knock out a season in 2 months. That puts us at the end of season 2 sometime around June 10th. That will mean that we'll start season 3 a month before release and another month before the game will be playable for ODs. If we continue to play this version until the end of season 3, it will probably end sometime in early to mid August. Once season 3 ends (off-season and all) we'll then need to create our Teambuilder rosters for NCAA13 and season 4 of this dynasty.
The input that I want from you guys is, do you want to play NCAA12, for season 3, while we're waiting for NCAA13 to become playable? Or, do you want to take a break after Season 2, get our TB teams built, and wait for NCAA13 to become playable? As a point of reference, last year NCAA12 was released on 7/12, and Olaf had his invites sent by 7/20. So, that means no OD from the end of season 2 until, at least, a week after release.

Really, no clue what I would prefer at the moment, 2 or 3 seasons. A break might be a good thing, then again how bad will they fail in all these promised improvements??? So it might be better to go with 3 seasons...
