The #1 choice is running the Wildcat with Ohio State and spin move your way to TDs.Can confirm that playing randos online is completely no fun and frustrating. Played 2 games against 2 different people and they both went right to every easy exploit of the AI in this crap. These games basically are only cheese wars and hoping you can get lucky at stopping the other guys cheese.

I avoid randos in sports games. My old dynasties had a lot of rules to avoid this crap and had an age limit. Only one guy tried to circumvent the rules and he chose Miami. I beat him with Ohio State in natty. He quit the dynasty. History repeating itself. Most of the cheese in past NCAA games was at least stoppable if you knew what you were doing. This game is so broken though that a lot of the crap you can only hope to do damage control against, it's very hard to outright stop it even if you put everything into the right position.

I have dug into dynasty with ODU and the recruiting is still easy. I have 1 4* and 4 3* commits and not even half way through the season. This game is very underwhelming. I will still play it, but this should have been much better.
I get downvoted a lot on Reddit when I talk about the gameplay. The game plays similar to 14 in that the defense sticks to your WRs and makes amazing plays facing wrong way and coming off their WR to make the play in the middle of the field. I use Ohio State playbook which is booty, but there is no reason I can only use inside zones, sweeps, and drags as yhe only way to move the ball.I don't think i'll ever get used or adjust to how shitty the gameplay really is. I find myself just playing like front office GM and recruiting and simulating through seasons now more than actually playing in game.
I KNOW it's a video game and it's probably not supposed to be 100% realistic, but in the end that's just a excuse many are using to justify this hunk of crap that EA threw at us. You can make a game that's not 100% realistic without it being just a broken mess. Outside of the ridiculous spin and joke moves most of the game being completely unrealistic comes from how comically broken the AI is.

Ouch lol… agreed though. Finally got around to playing this for the first time tonight.
There are some good gameplay elements, but overall the game is really raw and clunky. Feels like they released it a year early.
Don't think I'll be playing it much more, unfortunately.
