I ordered NCAA and another game at the same time. Because of that, release date shipping didn't come up as an option. Once I deleted the other game from the order, I could select release date shipping, but it kept returning an error. I then deleted the whole order, and re-ordered the game again. It is 99 cents for release date shipping. Thanks for the heads up.
