I miss the running back I recruited from my Army franchise. His name was Barbato or something. He was a 96 speed back when speed meant everything. He ate BN alive. He won the Heisman his freshman year then wanted to transfer to Navy. The fucker.

Roderick Shelton was the man. Most versatile player I've ever recruited, and he was blazing with 99 speed, 95+ agility and acceleration.

PS3 or Xbox 360?

If Xbox 360, try installing game to Hard Drive if you've got the disk space. Puts MUCH less stress on the console when it doesn't have to spin the disk while it's being played.

It's been a while since I've had my PS3, so I'm not sure of your options on that side.

They actually take out ALL lighting in the game. Every game is now played at night.

NEW FEATURES

Progressive Night games...where as you play it only gets darker. Oh and it only changes in between quarters :!

EA is the ESPN of the sports game industry. Never listening to criticisms, never updating shit, and looking foolish more often than not.

I have the 250G hard drive. How do you install the game to hard drive?

At the Dashboard, if you hover over the game, it should say either play game or press Y. Once you press Y, it'll take you into the game info and also the option to install game to hard drive. It takes about 20 minutes, so be patient. :biggrin:

Ever since I've owned the bigger hard drive consoles (Elite before I owned my current 250GB), I've installed every game to hard drive. It'll help keep your Xbox from over-heating.

If you decide to sell a game that is installed to your hard drive, you can delete the game off the hard drive also.

Guaging interest in a second PS3 OD. I'm still working out the details, but these are the basics.

  • This would be an ongoing dynasty. The idea is not to make this an NCAA 12 dynasty, but to make it an NCAA Football Dynasty that will move from one version to the next by using Teambuilder and custom conferences.
  • Promotion/Relegation System. Everyone starts in the lowest prestige "conference", and will have the opportunity to be promoted one level higher each year (Independent to WAC, WAC to Conf. USA West, etc.).
  • D+ and lower teams only (there are only 10 of them). We're building our teams from scratch here.
  • 1* Prestige teams only. Some of the D and D+ teams are 2*. Teambuilder can rectify that problem.
  • This would ultimately turn from a "Bad Teams Dynasty" into a Dynasty where most of the users will be in the top prestige conference(s), where each user has spent multiple seasons building their team to fit their exact style of play.
If there's any interest in this type of dynasty, let me know. If more than a couple of people want to do something like this, then I'll start a separate discussion thread to iron out the details.

Soooooooooooooooooooooo interesting. But me thinks I would be divorced within 3 months if I add another dynasty.
