Ah reminiscing; I miss Eugene Jarvis and Austin Collie.

Losing to IBI in the MAC championship game, the game is over and then he throws a pick 6 to lose. Basebuck running his 98 SPD TT receivers right past any defense. BN27 winning an online game that one time. The good ole' days.

Yeah, screw BN27 and Basebuck. :tongue2: BN27 beat me in my first OD user game, and that was the loss that kept me from playing buchtel in the first title game. Then Basebuck lost to USC in the second season, and an undefeated Kentucky was denied of another shot at buchtel in the second NCG in favor of undefeated, CPU controlled, USC. I ended up having to play a bowl game rematch against fanatic, who I defeated @ BYU during the season. The rematch, of course, was another epic battle that I managed to choke away by not calling a fair catch early enough. All I had to do was call the fair catch, instead of getting cute, and the game goes to OT.

Also, that MAC championship game wasn't completely over. I had trouble stopping you all game, which is why I went for two to take the one point lead, and is why I ran play action on 3rd down, which ended up being the pick six. I didn't trust my defense enough to run, and then punt. Hind sight says that I should have played it more conservatively. Oh well, I beat you in the championship game in the second season, after you had beaten me earlier in the season, and I ended up winning two more championships in Piney's Dynasty in seasons 3 (beating buchtel) and 5 (beating fanatic). Made the title game in season 4, and got my ass handed to me by Basebuck. Basebuck's offense relied heavily on his speed receiver, but he also had a very good RB to keep me from bailing on the deep ball every play, and his defense was simply amazing.

Piney could give you his old PS3, but I don't think you'd like it's performance. Aside from no longer reading the harddrive, it also throws a lot of interceptions. :wink2:

Actually the wife got that fixed for me. Some guy at her work is a video game geek and found out what was wrong with my PS3 and only cost $25! (it was a software issue as a file got corrupted) So still got my original PS3 I bought when they came out.

I loved those aTm teams. The WR was Jordan and the RB Griffin. I would practice the deep ball for hours before I played just so I could get the manual timing perfect :biggrin:. What I would give for that kind of time now. The defense was a 4-4 zone blitz where I walked the corners up. No way a pass was getting off with the speed of my blitzers that year. You guys were a ton of fun to play the game with*. Wasnt Shelton the animal from Kentucky?

*BN27 got so [censored]ed all the time
