Zone defense looks better but not fixed, and while the animations seem to involve more ball carriers brought to a stop (or at least a pause) by collisions than last year, the animations still seem rigid and awkward too often.

Customizable while in dynasty will make just about any OD that one could imagine much easier for a commish. Much easier to maintain a balance as users come and go, without having to have people change teams. Much easier make schedules if you can balance schedules by making conferences all the same size or by changing BCS affiliation to fit whatever you want to do. I'm still not as excited about playing as I was in the past, but, if this feature actually functions the way it's supposed to, I could actually buy this game.

Yup, that is a very nice addition, though they had a lengthy blog about that earlier. This was just a more visual demonstration.

The operation sports board seems convinced that the money has been poured into Madden this year (after lousy sales last year, which followed a spring buildup showing much more improvement to the NCAA series)
